I’ve been at Oak Park Dental for 10 years. I have had really good experiences as a child at my favorite childhood dental office, and we switched insurances, and then I started having not-so-great experiences. Since working at Oak Park Dental, I believe I can give that quality of care to our patients like it’s a family office with those patients. And it reminds me of my childhood favorite dental office because we truly treat our patients like family. I believe in the quality of care that we can provide for our patients in our office. Working side by side with Dr. Jana as an assistant, I have seen the quality of care that she can provide for patients.
Some of the existing restorations that we see from other offices, the quality of care is just not there and it’s really heartbreaking, and patients, you just don’t know what you don’t know. And when we can show you what we’re seeing, and what we can bring it up on the screen, and you can really see, it allows you to trust in us. And that type of care should be that standard of care for everywhere, and unfortunately, it’s not, and to be able to work for someone who has that standard is so important. One of my favorite things that we offer for our patients in our office, is Invisalign, and a lot of people just want that straight teeth and that truly is nice, but that’s not what the goal should be. You want to be able to have functional teeth, you get one set in your whole life. And if we can set your foundation up to be success with your smile, the nice thing then your beautiful smile comes along with it, but we really want it to be functional over matter.

Transform Your Dental Experience With Stress-Free Care
Dental anxiety is a common concern that keeps many people from getting the care they need. It’s normal to sometimes feel nervous about going to the dentist, but there are ways to make your visit more comfortable. Our professionals understand these worries and offer many solutions to help our patients relax.
By finding ways to ease your anxiety, you can get regular check-ups and treatments to keep your smile healthy and bright. Here are some of our solutions:
- Dental Sedation – Soothing sedation helps you relax during your visit. It can range from mild calming effects to inducing a dreamlike state.
- Local Anesthetic – This numbs the area being treated, so you don’t feel pain. It’s used for most dental procedures and wears off after a few hours.
- Patient-Friendly Technology – Our modern dental technology is quieter and less intimidating. We use digital X-rays, 3-D scanners, computer-guided implant placements, and more.
- Blankets and Pillows – These simple comforts can make you feel more at ease in the dentist’s chair. They help you stay warm and cozy during your visit.
- In-Room Televisions – Watching TV or movies during your appointment can distract you from your worries and make time pass more quickly.
